Tape Flower

Hi Everyone. I just wanted to pop on today and share a card I made with the linen tape. I used the technique Danielle Flanders shared a while ago. Using the linen tape, I adhered it to a book page, then I pulled it up to get the image. I did this several times and then I trimmed each of the strips to about the same size. I looped them over and stuck the edges together. Then I adhered them together in a flower shape. I added a button and a Dimestore Vogue button die cut to the center and my flower was finished.

I created a tag using my flower, a Dimestore Vogue die cut card, some trim and strip of the blue gingham paper.  Next, I sewed a panel of the cream paper to the card and adhered my card to it. The die cut ‘friends’ tag was the perfect sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day! ~Anabelle
