Pumpkin Person Treat Box

Give your Halloween dinner guests a little extra treat and set your spooky Halloween dinner table in style-vintage style!

Using the box template located HERE, cut out and fold a box using the solid colored cardstock included in the Halloween Vintage Kit.  Trim out a 2.25 x 4 inch rectangle from the vintage sheet music, and “rough up” the edges of the sheet music by scraping a scissors edge along the side of the paper.  Adhere the sheet music to the top of the box. Fashion a pumpkin person from orange pipe cleaners and attach a pumpkin die cut to the top of the pipe cleaners for the head. Using a glue gun,  or strong, fast drying liquid glue, adhere the pumpkin person to the center of the sheet music.  Wrap a ribbon around the treat box, and tie a bow across the pumpkin person’s middle. Stuff the treat box with lots of delicious candy and surprise your guests!

Have a wonderful Halloween!!!

    Hi Michelle,

I love your cute little pumpkin box. Where did you find the chenille stems? I have been looking for a source for them. I’m trying to find the “bumpy” stems, not the straight ones that you can find at Michaels or JoAnn Fabrics. Thanks much.

    • Hi Debbie!
Thanks for the comment. These bumpy stems come in our vintage Halloween kit, so we ordered them from our supplier. I thought though, that I’ve seen them at Hobby Lobby, but that would have been a while ago….
