Some Fun with Unity Stamps!!!

We are having quite the busy month here at Vintage Street. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Unity Stamp Company! Just love all of their stamps-they truly have something for everyone! Check the blog for the rest of the month to see how the Design Team uses Unity stamps with Vintage Street Market products. You can get even more inspiration by visiting Unity on Thursday August 18th and Thursday August 25th to see what their Design Team is up to. So much fun!!!

I’m going to kick it off with a card I made using Dimestore Vogue and the Hey Girlfriend stamp set. I started by adhering the Dimestore Vogue button paper to cardstock for additional support.

On the right hand side, you can see a bit of a paper ruffle…this was made using vintage sheet music and pleating it on the back side. Ribbon makes a nice border, and a good background for the die cut. The greeting runs along the side and the buttons add additional texture. A great all purpose greeting for that special friend!

This next card I thought would be cute to send to a special friend to schedule a child’s playdate. I absolutely LOVE the Unity stamp used on this card! The spinner is a die cut from the Party Games paper kit and adds a playful touch. The image of the vintage girl and the pink cardstock come from the new Family Fun Paper Kit. I’m thinking I’m going to make a bunch of these as tags, make them masculine by using the boy images, and send them to my brother. My nephew just started preschool, and these would be great cards to hand out to schedule some busy playdates!

Its going to be a busy rest of the month, so be sure to check back regularly. And, visit Unity  this Thursday and next for even more fun!

Have a great day!
