Thank a Coach…

Did you have a child participate in a sport recently? If so, you know how difficult finding a nice thank you card for the coach can be. For all of the time and energy those coaches invest, you certainly want to give them something heartfelt.

This is a totally “coach appropriate” card made with the Family Fun collection and Unity stamps. This Family Fun set truly can be used for every member of the family-and is unique and versatile enough to get a fresh look each time. And, when paired with Unity stamps, its just perfect!

This card uses Unity’s “A Number of Things” stamp set,  the Family Fun Distinguished Dad cardstock and boy image, and Party Games pennants and “Play” ticket.  The “be you” frame does indeed frame the boy image nicely. I also used the edge of that same stamp to add some stitching to the pennants. So simple, but adds a lot. The “Thank you” sentiment is also a Unity stamp. And, to tie in the brown, I used Aged Tinted Tape as a border. Linen Tinted Tape actually tapes the pennants to the bakers twine as well.

So, this card is now going in the mail to thank my son’s coach for a great season. Check out Family Fun for all of your family’s needs, and be sure to visit Unity this Thursday for even more ideas using great stamps and Vintage Street Market!

Have a great, creative day!
