Happy Holidays everyone! It’s the most wonderful time of the year and I have two chipboard stockings to share with you today.
I started with two die cut stockings made from chipboard. One I painted white and then layered with spray mists and the other I simply sprayed with mist. The difference is the color on the two and also one has more sparkle. I listed all the supplies for the stockings below with a link to our store.
First let me show you the one I painted white.
I added a paper flower that I also sprayed with the mist. The small chipboard pennant is a place to write a name. I tied a piece of twill ribbon and added a black Twirly Twine bow to hang.
I had to add a little bling too. 🙂
For the next stocking you can see the gold in the mist and a touch of sparkle. I sprayed directly on bare chipboard for this effect.
I used the red check print from Family Fun Paper Set and sewed to chipboard. Then I layered the other half of the doily and a half circle punch aged in ink again. I added a bottle cap chipboard piece with a holly button and a “For You” tag from the black Twirly Twine. I tied twill ribbon wrapped with a black twirly twine bow to hang.
Next I sewed small pieces of hand cut paper to embellish the stocking toe and heel. I embellished the stocking with Liquid Pearls.
Hope you like! Happy Holidays!
