Style Frame
First off can I just tell you how excited I am to get the new Family Fun Set!!! I love vintage and paper dolls!! Who doesn’t remember those !! Well to carry on the fashion fun I created this frame, using the Dimestore Vogue Kit, some odds and ends fabric and vintage pieces.

The brown crepe paper worked awesome to cover the wood frame. A little gel medium and it went on with ease. I also adhered the fabric and Dimestore Vogue Die-cut pieces with Gel medium.
Marilyn Monroe knew what being a fashion statement was. Her words are so true. Thank You for taking a look at this fun little piece of mixed media.
Make sure to keep your eye out for new sneaks of the Family Fun Line!!!

Jasmine F. says:
This is great…My grandfather was a huge John Wayne fan, watched and owned all his movies. My hubby is a huge western fan too, would love this stuff to do up some great pages of my grandfather, and maybe a mini album of my hubby with the boys watching their westerns! I totally remember playing with paper dolls as a little girl too, so this takes me back!
Thank you Jasmine-Congratulations! Please email your address to customerservice@vintagestreetmarket.com and we will get your prize sent out to you!
Thank you again everyone for attending-this was so fun, we may just have to do it again!!!
Party Post #3
And the winner is:
Congrats Andrea! Please email your address to customerservice@vintagestreetmarket.com and we will get your prize package out to you!
Love a Party…don’t you?
I know we’ve been having a great time showing you the new FAMILY FUN release!
Don’t you just love those old westerns? My dad told me that his favorite was always the Lone Ranger. I remember watching Gunsmoke, Bonanza and The Wild Wild West. Not to mention all the John Wayne movies. And children in the 1940s and 50s would love to play cowboy….and still do!
This little lady looks so cute decorating a jar of cookies! The die cut sheet of paper dolls includes 6 dolls…totally fun…and each has so many clothes to choose from! So, I chose to dress this paperdoll in her western wear (her brother has a matching outfit!), for this jar of cowboy cookies. The paper band around the jar was made with one of the Party Games paper sheets and crepe.
Such fun dolls! Mom and Dad measure approx. 9 inches, and the children at approx. 6 inches. These paperdolls are included in the Accessory Kit we showed in the first party post, but can also be found in the Family Fun Paper Kit, which includes the Accessory Kit and the patterned cardstock-the entire Family Fun Collection!
This package also includes multiple paperdoll images! Perfect sizes for cards and tags!
And, they make super unique embellishments when used with the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio punches!!!
Are you ready for one more Party Prize????

Oh how cute!! Looks like so much fun to play with!! This is taking me back to my childhood and reminding me how much I loved playing with my paper dolls!! Thanks for the chance to win!! |
And the party keeps going . . . . .
We are so excited to share our new addition, Family Fun, with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. With more traditional 12×12 paper, I created a playful layout with my son’s school football picture.
This is the Captain Johnny paper sheet I am using in this layout. It was perfect to show off his picture from this last football season!
It was also a perfect opportunity to use our Tinted Tape – Soot to outline his picture. I love how it accents the page and the picture. The tape is so fun to use as an accent, to cover items and to adhere items together. Super versatile!!!
Along with our great paper sheets, we have cardstock diecut Paper Dolls in the new collection. I had a blast using the small brunette and the the yellow dress, from the clothes, on this page. I just had to use the crepe paper from both Dimestore Vogue and Party Games to make her pom-poms. She turned out so cute. Go Johnny!!!
Liking the cardstock? Each 12×12 cardstock sheet is also DOUBLE-SIDED! So much fun! Here’s a closer peek at the rest of the cardstock in the FAMILY FUN COLLECTION:
Family Fun-Captain Johnny
Family Fun-Marshall Matthew
Family Fun-Maggie Jane
Family Fun-Meghan Kay
Family Fun-Glamour Mom
Family Fun-Distinguished Dad
And…to go with those fun CUT & PASTE ENVELOPES:

We hope you are enjoying the party!
